| REALTOR DESIGNATIONS
The state of New Jersey requires that all real estate practitioners have either a Salesperson’s license or a Broker’s license. Each firm has one Broker of Record who is responsible for the actions of all licensees working in his or her firm. Any other Brokers working in the firm are Broker/Sales Associates.
All associates working for Diane Nielson are required to participate in a training program which explores in-depth the sales process, fair housing, agency responsibilities to sellers and buyers, risk management, effective marketing, negotiations, and the step-by-step process from contract to closing for both the buyer and the seller.
A REALTOR is a member of the National Association of Realtors, a professional organization, and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Our agents are members of the Eastern Bergen Board of Realtors Board of REALTORS.
